Return Policy

  • Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if initiated within 4 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
  • Return Charges: A return processing fee of ₹50 will be deducted from the refund amount for each return.
  • Product Condition: Returns will be accepted only if the product is unused and all original tags and labels are intact.
  • Quality Based Returns: All products are thoroughly inspected for cuts and tears before dispatch. Returns based on damage claims such as cuts or tears will not be accepted.
  • Refund Process: Refunds (excluding the return charge) will be initiated immediately once the return is approved.
  • Note: Refund does not include platform fees and delivery fees.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Timelines:
    • We currently offer 120-minute express delivery in select areas of Hyderabad.
    • Delivery hours: 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week.
    • Orders placed after service hours will be delivered the next day.
  • Delivery Attempts & Reattempts:
    • Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver once at your selected address.
    • If unreachable or address is incorrect, the order may be cancelled, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Delayed Deliveries:
    • In rare cases (e.g. extreme weather, high demand, traffic), delivery may take longer.
    • We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for returned products.
  • Return must be approved and successfully picked up.
  • Eligible return reasons: Wrong, damaged, or defective items only.
  • Return window: Within 4 days of delivery. Raise a request via app, email, or WhatsApp support.
  • Refund method: Processed to original payment method within 1–2 business days.
  • Non-refundable cases: Size/fit issues, change of mind, or late return requests.
  • Cancellations: Only possible before dispatch. No refunds after shipment.
